I really believe that anyone can achieve what they want to achieve, providing they have the right mindset. You only need look at me. I’m a female leading a big business in a male-dominated industry. I’m a person of color in an industry in which most executives and CEOs are white. If you’ve got the cajones for business, you can make it in business. Period.
The success I have experienced in my entrepreneurial life has led to appearances on MSNBC, CBS, ABC, UPN 9, News 12 and NJN’s NJ Caucus with Steve Adubato. I’ve been presented with numerous awards, all of which I am grateful to have received. I’m a published writer, a public speaker (I’ve also presented TED Talks), and I’m an innovator. But my real calling is as a mentor and coach to emerging entrepreneurs.
